If in his first show after a lifetime with Tricicle, '¡Por Fin Solo!', 150,000 spectators came to see it, and if everyone laughed between four and five times per minute, in his new show '¡POR FIN ME VOY!' Carles Sans has set himself the challenge of surpassing it by telling everyday stories, peculiarities of his daily life, and impressions of small things that, from his unique way of seeing and narrating them, he has transformed into hilarious and tender sketches, aiming for the audience to laugh two or three times more per minute than in the previous show.
And why '¡POR FIN ME VOY!'? Because, by his own decision, he has decided that it might not be a bad idea to trade the stage for a hammock by the sea, waiting for a popular outcry demanding his immediate return to the stage.
But, in case that doesn’t happen, he wouldn’t miss this new show, whose main goal remains the same as it has for the past forty-five years: to make everyone who comes to see it laugh and leave the theater eager to see it again.
'¡POR FIN ME VOY!' is a madcap show co-directed with Jose Corbacho, in which he talks about his own experiences and impressions drawn from lived moments, extracting humor even from the most serious things.
