At Palau Altea, we want you to find your ticket at the best price and in the most convenient way for you. Here’s a guide to all the available options and benefits:

Family Shows

  • 25% family pack discount when purchasing 4 or more tickets
  • 50% discount for children aged 0 to 4

GROUP AND ASSOCIATIONS DISCOUNTS

  • 10% discount for groups of more than 10 people.

Discounts aimed at associations also apply to the accompanying person, ensuring an accessible and shared cultural experience.

CHANGES AND REFUNDS

Once the purchase is confirmed, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. All attendees must hold a valid ticket, regardless of age or whether they occupy a seat.

Refunds will only be issued if the performance is cancelled or rescheduled. It will be processed using the same payment method.
