AT PALAU ALTEA, WE WANT EVERYONE TO ENJOY THE ARTS WITHOUT BARRIERS.

Our building features an accessible main entrance with a ramp and handrails, as well as an elevator connecting all floors, so you can move comfortably from the lobby to the main hall and the exhibition area.

ACCESSIBLE SEATING AND REDUCED MOBILITY

Reserved Seats: The auditorium offers 12 wheelchair-accessible spaces, distributed between the stalls and the balcony, each with an adjoining companion seat.

Parking: Accessible parking spaces are available next to the main entrance, as well as in the “Palau d’Altea” public car park, open 24 hours a day.

RESTROOMS AND SUPPORT SERVICES

Accessible restrooms are available on the ground floor and near the balcony entrance, clearly signposted for comfortable and inclusive use.

DOG ASSISTANCE AND OTHER NEEDS

Guide and assistance dogs are welcome in all areas of the Palau. If you prefer, our staff can look after your companion while you enjoy the performance.

PERSONAL ASSISTANCE

Our front-of-house team is trained to provide support to your seat, accessible evacuation information and any assistance you may need before, during or after the performance. Don’t hesitate to ask when you arrive or when booking your tickets.

PUSHCHAIRS AND STROLLERS

Due to limited space, pushchairs, strollers and car seats cannot be brought into the auditorium during performances. A designated area is available in the lobby for storage throughout the show. Our staff will be happy to help.
