La Cubana returns to Palau Altea with its brand-new, French-titled show, La cuisine de ma cousine.

A culinary melodrama, La Cubana-style, which this time takes us into the world of gastronomy. Featuring all the troupe’s trademark ingredients—comedy, music, songs, colour, rhythm, surprises and audience participation, along with a generous helping of local flavour and knowing complicity—the show plunges us headfirst into the “foodie madness” that has taken hold of us all in recent years.

It is not simply an obsession with eating well and savouring exquisitely presented dishes, but also with being seen—and making sure everyone knows exactly what we are eating and where.

For a few days, Palau Altea will have the privilege of becoming the epicentre of world gastronomy.
