Whether in remote Australian towns, the Norwegian fjords, or the cosmopolitan city of Berlin, the Kammer Philharmonie Köln (Cologne Chamber Philharmonic) has made it its mission to bring classical music to every corner of the world.

For this upcoming season, the Kammer Philharmonie Köln’s concert calendar is already fully booked. Around 150 concerts will be performed in Germany, along with appearances in over 200 international venues.

The Kammer Philharmonie Köln was founded in 2003 in Cologne, a city internationally renowned for its conservatory and esteemed music faculty. It is here, in the masterclasses of professors such as Viktor Tretjakov, Maria Kliegel, Robert Winn, Frans Helmerson, Zakhar Bron, and Ralph Manno, that the Chamber Philharmonic continuously recruits its exceptional talent. Today, more than 100 musicians perform across the various ensembles of the Kammer Philharmonie Köln.

Their current world tour will take them to New Zealand, Australia, Spain, Great Britain, and throughout all of Germany.

The Chamber Philharmonic is guided by the philosophy of curating a repertoire of the most exquisite works. The unique appeal of our program lies in the pairing of beloved popular pieces with lesser-known gems from various musical eras. Through this approach, the great masters of classical music, such as Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Antonio Vivaldi, are brought into dialogue with works ranging from Sergei Prokofiev to the king of tango, Astor Piazzolla.
